Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Zodimate. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zodimate platform, including our website at zodimate.com and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zodimate ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
To use Zodimate you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Not have been previously removed from the Service for violations of these Terms
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not create an account on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
4. Astrology Services
Zodimate provides astrology-based services including Hayes Charts, Compatibility Charts, and Daily Horoscopes. By using these services you acknowledge that:
- Astrology readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only
- Readings are not a substitute for professional advice including medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel
- The accuracy of readings depends on the accuracy of the birth information you provide
- Refunds are not available for completed digital readings once delivered
5. Dating Services
Zodimate provides a platform for adults to connect with other users and AI companions. You agree to:
- Interact with other users respectfully and in good faith
- Not harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Only upload photos and content that you own or have rights to use
- Not impersonate another person or create a misleading profile
- Not use the platform to solicit money from other users
- Not share explicit, offensive, or illegal content
Zodimate does not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
6. AI Companions
Zodimate's AI companions are artificial intelligence characters powered by large language model technology. By using AI companion features you acknowledge that:
- AI companions are not real people and do not have genuine feelings or consciousness
- Conversations with AI companions are for entertainment purposes
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
- We reserve the right to monitor interactions to improve safety and quality
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Zodimate offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions:
- One-time purchases (Hayes Chart $1.99, Compatibility Chart $5.99) are non-refundable once the reading has been delivered
- Subscriptions (Daily Horoscope $1.99/week, Weekly $9.99, Monthly $19.99) renew automatically until cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
8. User Content
By uploading photos or other content to Zodimate, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within our platform for the purpose of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
- Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Zodimate — including the Hayes Chart methodology, compatibility algorithms, astrology synthesis system, logo, design, and written content — is owned by Zodimate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ASTROLOGY READINGS ARE PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THEIR ACCURACY.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZODIMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
